SHIPPING FROM TANZANIA AFRICA, ALL ORDERS WILL GO OUT IN 1 SHIPMENT TO CALIFORNIA THROUGH DHL ON THE 30TH OF EACH MONTH. UPON ARRIVAL IN CALIFORNIA, ORDERS WILL BE SEPARATED AND SENT OUT INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH USPS, AT WHICH TIME YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS ORDERED, IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED 1 WEEK BEFORE THE 30TH, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING MONTH, WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE AS WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE QUALITY APPAREL AND SERVICE WITHOUT REQUESTING ADDITIONAL MONIES FROM OUR CUSTOMERS.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a partial refund or exchange fee.
Since all apparel is custom made, in order to be eligible for a partial return or exchange fee, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All custom made or personalized items may only be cancelled prior to production. A 15% restock charge will apply on cancelled orders prior to their customization. 85% of the order cost will be credited to the customer’s credit card upon receipt of order cancellation. We strive to satisfy our customers and will make every effort to correct our mistakes. Custom items will not be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped due to mistakes made on behalf of the company.
